Based on the eponymous comic books by Marguerite Abouet, breezy animation Aya de Yopugon is a humorous and upbeat story of friendship that’s suitable for all the family. The film introduces us to Aya and her friends from the Abidjan suburb of Yopougon (in the Ivory Coast).
