Congo vivo
During the independence of Congo,an Italian journalist arrives in Léopoldville (DR Congo). He meets a young woman who does not want to return to Belgium. The journalist tries to convince her saying that her life is in danger. She decided to stay because she considers herself Congolese. She accuses the journalist to come only to do his job, i.e. make sensational stories and then return to Europe, without contributing to a country in trouble. In the film there is a 'real' interview with Mobutu, which makes the film a rare document that exceeds the fiction.
