Since 2014, every year in July, the Congolese capital vibrates to the rhythm of Fickin, the International Film Festival of Kinshasa. This encounter of lovers of the seventh art, which is mainly self-financed, has succeeded in retaining a very loyal audience. Fickin was initiated by the Congolese director Tshoper Kabambi, and it aims to become a reference in Central Africa.
