Galsen is the way in which Senegalese young people designate their country in slang. Barcelona-born visual artist and musician Sergio Aparicio (OKOBE aka Creisy Lyon) travels to New York and Senegal, the lands of his ancestors, in search of his identity. Creating a collage of images and sound capturing everyday moments within the lives of Senegalese youth, visuals of Spanish landscapes and sounds of New Yorkers in motion, Aparicio makes a musical journey towards his African origin.
