Tshibema Jika Hilaire is a retired army officer of the Congolese army who decided to sow the land to meet the needs of his family. Through his experience and his overview of agriculture, he succeeds in integrating himself into an environment that is not his own. He sees the future of Congo in the development of agriculture. He proves that he and his family can live without the aid and salary of the government.
