After 27 years in Belgium, the Senegalese artist and businessman Jeannot Da Sylva returns to Africa to realise his dream. He builds a hotel at the heart of Popenguine. His dream-project kick-starts a new kind of development in this tiny community. Tourists will soon arrive in the village. The question is, if Jeannot understands the importance of the village for the success of his project? Has he been away for so long that he has forgotten the African ways?
