My goddess and I is a performance documentary about the encounter with the contemporary person inner goddess. With an experimental language, the director and protagonist Gabrela Vieira proposes a journey of self-knowledge through the medicine of Ayahuasca. The narrative is illustrated with elements of the indigenous and afro-Brazilian culture, merging documental filming and corporal performances to portrait the process of Gabrela during a ritual at the house Chamado da Floresta.
