The Other Side

The camera introduces us to the psychiatric unit in Bangui, at the general hospital, the only existing unit in Central African Republic. The health staff, working in very precarious conditions, do as best as they can to help disoriented patients and impoverished families. Between hope and despair, tied to political and military crises following one another in the country, solidarity and compassion seem to be the only cure.
